When trees or a hedgerow are removed, you will be left with a stump or a row of stumps. One of the easiest and most cost effective way of removing this problem is to use a stump grinder.

Our Machinery
We use a variety of machines that are built by some of the most trusted companies in the world, such as Predator and Bandit.
The machine we use depends on factors such as location, size of the stump, depth required and access. Some of the reasons for removal are: Cosmetic, preparing the area for re-turfing, fencing, re-planting, building works or to heavily reduce the chances of unwanted pests taking up residence i.e. wasps or the unwanted presence of Fungi such as Honey fungus.
Using a stump grinder also reduces the chances of damaging underground pipes, cables, fencing, walls and buildings if in close proximity to the stump.
After Stump Removal
Once the stump / stumps have been ground out, the mix of wood and dirt known as mulch, is backfilled into the hole where the stump once was and the area raked and blown ready for the customer to do with the area as they wish.
All our operators are insured, trained and experienced with using all the machines we operate and take every care to limit disturbance to the area and to the customer.
